Summer

7-23-08 Wow! I'm blogging! Nathan, I hope you're impressed :) Well! We're here in the blogging world! The Olsen family has been doing good. We've been keeping ourselves busy and enjoying the summer. The girls have been spending lots of time outside, playing with friends, baking cookies of course with me, and enjoying BBQ's on Lance's new grill. They've done a little swimming here and there and have also had lots of fun with their aunts and cousins. Summer's the best, and I wish that it could stay this nice always. Lance has gone down the Provo River a couple of times with his dad in a raft. Alexia made it one time for about 10 minutes until she started to get scared and Grandpa rescued her and walked her back to the van. Thank you! She still had a good time! The girls spend much of their time playing together. Alexia and Ashley love their polly's and they can play all day. Grace also plays polly's when they let her :) But her favorite things to play are her Dora dolls. She has four of them and carries them with her. One morning, one of them fell into her porridge and got the new name of "cream" :) One night I couldn't get Grace to go to bed. So I had the idea of putting her Dora's to bed with her. They slept under their own blanket at the bottom of her bed. When I went in before I went to bed to check on her, she was curled up right next to her Dora's. Of course I had to get a picture :)
